Farewell
Farewell
This is a close friend of mine. I owe him a lot in my photography career. I trained a lot photographing him and we did many photo shoots. His name is Georgi and he is a former special forces. He has an interesting history and maybe that’s why I want to photograph him. We met on the set of the television series “Stolen Life”. I played one of the main characters while he was a stuntman in one of the scenes. It took me a year to decide to ask him if I could photograph him. This photo is from a session where we wanted to capture the horses he was training with. This shot is especially precious to me because it has a kind of quiet sadness, a sense of deep separation. Perhaps because of the horse’s tear that appeared, or because of the well-known human-horse relationship. Two intelligent beings who chose to be companions.
