Square print #6
A moment from my long trip in Morocco. 3 days in each city, racing between them by car, train, flight, plane and moped. I remember that it was very tiring not only because of the many kilometers I covered. Communicating with Moroccans was complicated and for me very annoying. But in the city of Essaouira it was different, because of the sea, because of the fishermen and the small restaurants of the port. This man stood for a long time on the edge of the pier and looked out to sea. He saw the boat coming home and hurried to prepare the welcome. And hundreds of seagulls flew around him, as if they too were glad that the sailors were coming home.
